广东神曲显微鉴别及含量测定(HPLC法)的研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的:研究提高广东神曲的质量标准,建立具有特征性的广东神曲显微鉴别和高效液相含量测定。方法:采用中药材粉末显微鉴定,寻找广东神曲在显微镜下的茯苓和猪苓药材的特征性细胞;用高效液相法测定广东神曲中黄芩药材的含量。结果:显微鉴定显示茯苓和猪苓药材特征性强;含量测定方法显示黄芩药材中黄芩苷检测操作简单,准确,黄芩苷在10.25~328.00 μg之间呈良好的线性关系,黄芩苷的回收率为99.82%。结论:对茯苓和猪苓药材定性及黄芩药材定量方法准确、简便,可用于控制广东神曲的质量。

    The research of microscopical identification and content determination (HPLC method) for Guangdong Shenqu

    [Abstract] Objective: To improve the quality standard of Guangdong Shenqu, methods of microscopical identification for the characteristic identification and a HPLC method for determining the content of Guangdong Shenqu were established. Methods: Microscopical identification method for identification of the herbal powder was used to look for the characteristic cells of the Poria cocos and the Agaric; HPLC was used to determine the content of Baicalin in the Scutellaria Baicalensis. Results: Microscopical identification showed that The Poria cocos and the Agaric had strong characters; HPLC result showed that this method was easy to handle and accurate. In the range of 10.25-328.00 μg, the baicalin showed good linear relationship. The recovery of baicalin was 99.82%. Conclusion: The microscopical identification method for identification of the Poria cocos and the Agaric and the HPLC method for determining the content of Baicalin are both accurate and easy, can be used to control the quality of Guangdong Shenqu.

    广东神曲收载于卫生部《药品标准》中药成方制剂第19册(WS3-B-3547-98),处方由前胡、黄芩、茯苓、猪苓、麻黄、大黄、使君子、百合、甘草和紫苏叶等63味中药粉末组成,具有祛风消滞、健胃和中等功能。主要用于感冒发热、食滞、呕吐、泄泻,也可供配方用[1]。由于原标准质量无定性与定量指标来控制该制剂的质量,本实验对原质量标准进行提高并作了一些探索,对处方中的茯苓和猪苓分别进行了显微鉴别,对黄芩药材采用高效液相法进行了含量测定[2],能保证更有效地对广东神曲进行质量监控。
